Often, the best ideas are born out of personal tragedy. That spirit of "Never Again" can really push individuals to come up with solutions that might seem daunting if not for the tragic context. After the death of a sibling, she decided she wanted to tackle the problem that contributed to the death by starting an emergency service that allows patients to be moved safely to places where they can receive the care that they need.
